Plot summary

Komei devises an elaborate plot in which Zoro and Sanji participate in an eating contest where they consume an unusual "good-for-nothing-only" mushroom that leads them into becoming useless men; once that has taken effect, these two are locked away in jail cells until their fellow Straw Hat Pirates chase after them and land on Nebulandia Island which features mysterious fog made out of sea water that acts similar to seastone in terms of effects; their arrival there forms part of Komei's plot devised by Komei as part of his plan as well.
